Political Website Design

Future congressman Dr. Greg Rabidoux approached Veteran Web Design for a professionally done website for his 2010 US Congressional campaign. It was our pleasure to take on this project. We took the Rabidoux campaign's comments and created a great looking website to get the word out to their supporters. You can see the completed website at http://rabidoux4congress.com.

We integrated the following solutions in to this great website:

1. Content Management System (CMS): We custom designed the Joomla content management system which allows the client to edit their own content. This includes editing, adding, and deleting content pages.

2. Newsletter signup: The client is capable of sending out their own newsletters from the admin section of the website. The visitors that signup for the newsletter have the option to opt out by clicking on a link in their email. The website administrator will not have to do anything.

3. Custom Flash Banner: We used XML for the flash banner. The client is capable of changing out the images and text on their own.

4. Integrated Video.

5. Social Media Applications: We integrated Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Flickr. The Twitter application automatically updates the website based on the clients tweets.

6. Custom Designed Blog: We custom designed the clients blog and integrated it on the clients domain.
